Come prepared, leave with a plan
A little preparation makes a first appointment far more useful.
- Write down what you want to achieve: start a company, fix a filing, raise funds or close a business
- Bring any existing company documents, such as the certificate of incorporation, registers and recent filings
- Have PAN and identity details of the directors or partners to hand
- List your questions, however basic they seem

Yes. The portal has a status check at

Existing clients can also log in to the portal.
What are your working hours?
The office is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. For
urgent advice, our line is open around the clock.
What if I have already missed a filing deadline?
Book an appointment as soon as you can. Additional fees usually
grow for every day of delay, so acting early is cheaper. We will
check what is overdue and the quickest way to regularise it.
